🌿 Returns

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • opened coffee bags

  • used products

  • any consumable item

Once a coffee product has left our hands, it cannot be resold or restocked.


🌙 Refunds

We offer refunds in the following situations:

If your order arrives damaged

If your package or product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with a photo of the issue. We will replace the item or issue a refund.

If you received the wrong item

If we made a mistake, we’ll make it right. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

If your package is lost

If tracking shows your order never arrived, we will replace or refund it.

If you change your mind

Because coffee is a consumable product, we cannot offer refunds for:

  • taste preference

  • ordering the wrong roast/grind

  • buyer’s remorse

However, we’re always happy to help you choose a better fit next time.
